Empowered 2A is an official women’s outreach project of Gun Owners of America.

Origins: Founded in 2017 by gun rights advocate and sexual assault survivor, Antonia Okafor, Empowered 2a was originally a second amendment advocacy organization for college women. In 2019, Empowered 2a joined forces with GOA and became their women’s outreach program. It is now serves women of all ages.

Mission: Empowered 2A’s mission is to empower women through the Second Amendment through Second Amendment education, firearms training, and gun rights advocacy.

Vision: Equip an international body of women who effectively advocate for the Second Amendment.
